I have never written a review for a florist before but felt I just need to let people know how fantastic Shelley was in understanding what I wanted and why,  and then delivering stunning flowers that were very appreciated and noticed by all who saw. Highly recommend for being so understanding, so creative and so professional.

I am so very disappointed with the service I received.  I rang on 7/9/16 to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my friend on her birthday,  29/9/16.  I paid for the bouquet and delivery.  I rang the store on the evening of the day the flowers were to be delivered and was told that the driver was sick and the flowers were in a taxi being delivered as we spoke. My friend did not receive the flowers. The shop assistant blatantly lied to me.  So much for customer service.

I ordered some flowers for my fiances mother for her birthday. The flowers that Shelley sent were absolutely stunning. They lasted her along time and was exactly what I asked for. I would defiantly order through Shelley and Dawn again.
