Rude manager bothered me a few times to force me go into automatic checkout while I was happily waiting at the express line with the staff chatting away with a customer which I was fine with, as I was going to have a relaxed day, nobody was behind me. She was just so determined to have her way she even got the express service lady to come and pressure me into it. Unbelievable And I can’t help myself to rant it out here so I can start my happy day over again.
*Disappointing Experience at Woolworths Sydney*nnI recently visited the Woolworths store in neutral bay Sydney and had a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I encountered racist behavior from Lana, the checkout manager. Her attitude and treatment towards me were unacceptable and made me feel disrespected.nnAs a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of my background or appearance. It's unfortunate that my experience was marred by such behavior.nnI hope that the management takes necessary steps to address this issue and ensures that all customers receive a welcoming and inclusive experience.
The Woolies in Neutral Bay is so convenient, with wide variety of products. Not too big, not too small. Just perfect to shop your weekly groceries.nnStaff is always friendly and helpful.
Staff are clueless on products and what’s meant to be in stock based off the website. When asking for a manager no one knew who was in charge or who was on duty. Shop is mismanaged and filled with ill equiped and ill trained staff
I don't know why but it must be a complicated issues that there are two Woolworths in neutral bay...nI have been in one but not in another Woolworths...nAs always Woolworths is a good place to buy thing and alot of varieties of goods are available and the price is also not that bad...
