Coles at this store used to have a great baker at their bakery who has been missing in action there for several months now. They used to bake a selection of great loaves on site. Good bread is very difficult to find as it is, so where on earth is this baker?  When is he getting back on the job there?  Very disappointing!

I came in yesturday and got served at the registers by Izzy,nHer customer service skills were 100%, she offered to pack my bags for me and put them into my trolley.nVery happy with her service and she is a very kind and friendly girl.

Fabulous service by a young man working at the checker this afternoon on 1/10/2025 around 17:05PM. Very quick and so professional, absolute pleasure! Thank you

It's not bad, parking is usually easy, undercover and free for the first few hours, their range is generally pretty good but one thing this store lacks is staff, on the occasions I've not been able to find what I'm looking for I usually end up leaving without it as I can rarely find a staff member to ask for help, I've given you 4 stars overall but on staff levels I'd only give you 2.1, employ more employees!

ordered liver and giblets they substituted it with 2kg of chicken neck. they’re not even remotely the same why not just removed the items instead if charging me for it
