Couldn’t find a staff member to help find what I was looking for. The guy that served on the registers was polite though. Store was a bit dirty. I don’t usually shop at this store but it was convenient being in the shopping center.

Shop more interested in pleasing on line shoppers than helping people in the store. Kids packing bags, fresh bread under milk and fruit, really.

Unfortunately it was one of my worst visits to this store yes most are bordering on disappointing. The only reason I go back is because of convenience. Today was exceptionally frustrating......2 checkouts open and 21 customers in line......lots of angry customers. The express checkout 15 items or less had 12 customers in line. The front end supervisor was doing all that she could however everyone priory 1 call for available staff resulted in zero. This is a major Woolworths store located in Townsville's so called premier shopping centre. I have enjoyed 50 yrs working in retail and the customer is the reason we had a job. Why are we allowing this tight arsed profit driven company to turn this around. Talk with our feet and change Supermarkets.

Food was delicious. They just need plain gravy for chips.

preferred layout for this supermarket because it's easy to find any items, it got staff who are friendly yet helpful.

Lindt gold milk bloc K 300g fall off shelf and I caught it and was cut from it from top of middle finger to base of finger.

Best place to shop. Really friendly staff and some good bargains.
