29/10/2025.nWalked in. Saw a large area of floor directly in front of the front ice fridge and the carpet cleaning equipment hire stand, covered with human faeces. Looks like someone took a large full nappy and wiped it clean on that area of floor. Where people have to walk.nCustomers were informing Woolworths staff members etc. But none were bothered or concerned about this sight. They were not concerned about having to get it cleaned up.
Being a visitor from Victoria, navigating your store was a bit different layout to ours. BUT. never the less, a few items I couldn’t find a very lovely young lady named RITA was so nice, polite, helpful & didn’t hesitate showing me where the products I wanted was.nTHANKYOU RITA FOR BEING A SPECIAL YOUNG LADY. VERY SINCERELY APPRECIATED
Woolworths have lost their way with this storennThe layout is piecemeal - its not in accordance to their national standards and made getting lost and forgetting what you came for hardnnCar parking is terrible especially of you have an oversized or overheight car or are travellingnnI found coles afterwards - if you have a motorhome or caravan attached drive there - caravans park behind the complex on the road - motorhomes can fit almost anywhere - no underground parking so lifted cars or with rooftop pods etc will have no issues - also has kmart etc etc
The elevator doesn't work to take a trolley to the carpark had to control it fully loaded down the footpath to a ramp.Had to walk out of the shop to find a trolley about 60 metres down the road. No bread rolls at 11:00 on a Saturday and Brumbys Bakery had apparently just closed.
