Received my online order from this store today to find that 2 x cream containers had leaked all over a bag full of refrigerated items. Rang the store and spoke with Maria who is the manager of the online store at this location. She could not have been more helpful if she tried. She replaced all of the affected items and she even delivered them to me at home she was just finishing her shift and was able to do that - I would never have expected this. I was preparing a family birthday meal for my son and my OH wasn’t feeling well so going to the store to pick up replacement products wasn't ideal. She was very apologetic and gave me the best customer service I could have hoped for. A huge thank you to Maria from us.
I am a casual teaching supporter, and when I’m not in class, I sometimes work as a temporary delivery driver. Every time I pick up goods from the Woolworths Mountain Gate store, I am always impressed by the excellent service from the staff at the service desk. In particular, Juliea and Michelle have consistently been friendly and efficient in handing over the deliveries, making the job of a delivery driver much easier.nnToday, I was there as a customer, and I accidentally forgot to take one item with me when I checked out. I didn’t realize it until I got to my car. At that moment, Juliea ran out to catch me and kindly brought the item to me. I was truly touched by her and Michelle’s warmth and helpfulness!
The stores itself is ok. It's a little tired and in need of a facelift. The thing I don't like about this store is the parking. Not a heap of it and it's a cramped little car park. I'd go to Ferntree gully or mountain gate Coles as opposed to here.
Neat and tidy store. Lovely and welcoming staff. Not crowded and easy to shop. Almost everything is available.
Lots of fresh produce fresh a good range of what you would expect from a Woolies plus the young lady on the checkout was extremely friendly and polite and asked how was your day and wished me a good night. I hope all the checkout staff are as friendly as this young lady. It will make me want to shop here again
