Did not like the disrespectful  condescending dismissive attitude from  a counter staff at mountain gate. Took back some frozen birds eye chips that clearly lacked quality control. The woman was constantly smiling at me while saying not our problem, then told me to take them back to Brandon Park Coles still smiling. As a customer if ur not happy with the quality of  a product u have a right to return it. Coles can refer it back to the company rep to be addressed, stores also have allowances for damaged or product defects including quality. I am NOT IMPRESSED, when I went out of my way, cost fuel and had to deal with  such disrespect just to show and return the product. I could have thrown product away but how does that help other customer get  a quality product.nnColes needs to do better and train staff better.

I hope other Coles stores don't follow this model. They make it very difficult to do a large shop. Give us some proper checkouts.

Just been into Coles, guy supervising the self checkout couldn't be bothered helping customers.  Asked him about a product which according to Coles website is in stock at that store.  Oh no out of stock dunno when we getting more.  If there was an award for useless Coles won it today.

Dominique at Mountain Gate Coles Ferntree Gully was absolutey humiliating & very rude to my Nana, all my nana did was ask for assistance at the self serve check out and she refused customer service and said you have to do it your self we won't be helping you as we're short staffed you have to do it your self for the future. My nana spends a lot of money there this is not acceptable my nan is very kind she didn't deserve such rudeness and disrespect by this lady my nan was so hurt!

All self service checkouts with no traditional style. I hate using self service checkouts it's a real pain to be forced into it.
