My go to local, this is a great Woolies and the staff members are always lovely. Never had a bad experience with a staff member here. Store is always tidy and neat. Stock is almost always available so it’s very reliable. I do a lot of groceries to boot orders and they are always correct and not missing items like I find happens with other grocery stores.
Its an ok supermarket with a good variety of lines. There are some really lovely ladies on customer service and service is generally good. Click and collect however lately has been terribly disappointing, 30 min + waits on my last 3 shops. With the time put into placing the order and waiting it's actually quicker just to shop :
Just wanted to give a shout out to Katelyn at our store. Always friendly, helpful and efficient when we are shopping and she's working. The girl is an absolute superstar!!. I hope she gets the recognition and appreciation she deserves
More staff needed on non-self service human beings - ever heard of them ? checkouts. I know I am wasting my time complaining but the squeaky wheel might, and I stress might, get the oil.
Waited over 40 mins for my click and collect. Someone behind me got their order first too. Get your priorities in order and hire people that don't muck around to sort this out. Over $200 spent to wait this long is an absolute piss take
