One of the best place to get your all groceries and fruit & veggies at one place. This shop always looks managed and top notch. The staffs are always there to look after us, specially AJAY. It's generally always a frustrating experience to shop here. Upon walking into the store, you run a ~50% risk that you're going to walk into a wall of body odor so intrusive, i don't understand how I only see a couple of other customers having a visceral reaction on entry. I'm not certain what causes this odor, but it often isn't limited to the produce section, and it seems most intense when the aisles are being restocked - which is ~90% of the time. This makes me think either there is a severe hygiene issue, or Woolies and Coles IGA somehow never has this problem are stocking something rotten on those shelves.nAdding to the negative experience, stocking the shelves during business hours seems like one more creative way Sydney has found to make it hard for disabled people specifically those with mobility issues to participate fully in public life. This makes it challenging and risky for anyone who has some limited mobility to navigate the blocked and crowded aisles, but next to impossible for anyone who must use mobility aids - this issue is endemic and not limited to Sydney, but likely partly explains the near total absence of individuals with visible disabilities in public spaces.nThe shopping experience here conveys that woolies and Coles don't care about customers nor employees, and rely on the fact that there's limited competition, and customers can't really shop elsewhere.
Store rarely has much produce on a regular basis. Following up with management they stated that they are limited to the allowable stock they can acquire. If you shop here, make sure you be there are delivery, otherwise there will be little left
Absolutely disgusting the section were the tomatoes and cucumbers are smell , the eggs are always cracked and rude management
Worst customer service. Ordered groceries, they told the delivery service it was ready, he turned up to collect it , they made him wait 20 minutes then told him it would be another 45 minutes. Disgusting service, don’t tell the delivery service until you have all the food packed
