On May 4, 2024, our younger son and his girlfriend to my wife and me here. They knew that we would like to buy some treats for our pet in Hong Kong. With the many varieties, we bought to our hearts’ content.
Most of the prices have increased, and lots of coles' own brand have disappeared, which used to be cheaper.nThe fish fridge is barely stocked with a variety of fish, lots of salmon, but nothing much of anything else.nnLots of dented cans of food, which is a concern because it is a cause of botulism.nnI once caught a shelve stacker putting a packet of ham of the bone that was so obviously off, back on the cool shelve, I had to inform him to get rid of it. The colour of the ham was dark grey, and he just looked gormless to the fact.nnAs for installing the centre self-serve, it's rarely open due to lack of employed staff, so why did they bother.
Today, I went to have a cheap lunch and use the restroom. I stayed there for about half an hour. I ate at a Japanese food stall and then bought a beautiful apple from the fruit stand.nWhen I was leaving, I was shocked by the absurd parking price: $ 9.00 for around half an hour.nA lady charged me, and I asked why. She simply pointed to the price list. I took a picture to figure it out later, as there was a lot of information.nWhen I got home, I finally understood, and I was traumatized! The lunch ended up costing twice as much as I had planned. I’m never going back!
Great for doing a quick shop, especially with undercover parking for rainy days.nAlways have good fruit selections.nNeed a coin/token for trolley but plenty of return areas in the car park.
Building and facility is old and outdated. Only shop here as the new Woolies across the road is too small.nCar park staff are demanding and rude. Sadly this is the best of the worst
