This is my local Woolies. I shop here multiple times a week and am definitely in no way a shop lifter. Today I went in wearing scrappy clothes, no make up on and was subjected to a thorough bag check at the checkout. When I expressed displeasure at this the lady at the checkout started lecturing me on how they do it to everyone and it’s because of people stealing that prices go up, implying that I may have left a ‘mascara or small make up item’ under my shopping. This whole interaction left me feeling very uneasy and I will avoid this store in future. I can assure you they do not do it to everyone!

Shocking to receive online delivery of only 13 items from a 140 dollar shop! Pathetic. And only a bot to chat to or an online ai so called who could only do refund. Terrible service.nUPDATED apparently there was a big flood at karrinyup that evening so maybe they can be forgiven!
Very big and spacious. A lot of people during weekend. Many things to buy. Many carpark space, entrances and lifts in the building.
Love the fresh produce. Wide choices of meat, chicken, pastries, dairies, canned goods and more. Quick friendly staff. Everything is here. They have the freshest veggies and fruits and more.
