Most of the staff here are lovely and the store is good. However , management Act like opening a cashier is a chore especially around 5pm. Never seen such a disregard for customers from other Coles/supermarkets. They are losing customers because of this

Continuously a serious stock lack of problem at this store. Never anyone on the checkouts.

I was at Coles Karrinyup on Friday afternoon at around 4pm and at the shelf service checkout I knock over my jar of Blueberry Jam. It created a mess but the Coles staff happily cleaned the mess up and provided me with a replacement jar. The staff went the extra yard and I greatly appreciate the customer service.

I have shopped regularly at Coles Karrinyup and the customer service is outstanding.nThe staff throughout are friendly,efficient and extremely helpful.nIt is a pleasure to be there.nCongratulations to all and a big thank you.

Today I was served by Ben at Karrinyup Coles checkout this morning. Outstanding customer service .  He greeted me, very polite & friendly, helped me put my shopping in the trolley, very knowledgeable when we spoke about Flybys, he packed my shopping well & sorted a box for me which saved me money. I was pleasantly surprised & so refreshing to get that kind of good customer service.  THANK YOU BEN.
