The self service checkout staff are rude I will never shop here again. It was a Sunday morning and there was only myself and one other customer in the self checkout area. I was accused of stealing by the woman who was in the self checkout area as they weren’t doing their job and watching what was going on. I showed them my internet banking which had the evidence of the transaction and they provided no apology, no nothing. Disgusting service. Make sure you print your receipt when the woman with the red hair is ‘working’ the self checkout area.
Was assisted by Shelly this afternoon, what a star. We had a great chat about how the self serve checkouts should sound more human and how fantastic it would be if we could choose prior to the beginning of the day what voice would come out of what machine to surprise shoppers, one checkout Might sound like Morgan freeman, another like Obama, another like Chris Hemsworth. All around a great chat, and a great lady! It’s positive attitudes like that that make the burden and boredom of shopping that little bit more enjoyable. Cheers Shelly! Bless your heart
Fantastic people. There is a guy there with medium length hair who is an absolute dude. I've seen him deal with some terrible people, and I just admire how brave and ready he is. When did working at a supermarket require security skills? Regardless, my man does it well. Wish I knew his name, but I salute you, sir. The rest of the staff are also fantastic, product are easy to find. Good specials as well.
Well stocked and not crazy busy. Be careful getting into the car park. A bit tight.
This review is simply a complaint as store no longer stocks essentials kitty litter which I always bought, only the horrible smitten brand. I now shop exclusively at Coles for my kitty litter.
