Similar in size to the other supermarkets in the area, does lack some of the more specific products that you sometimes need. Perfectly fine supermarket for its size and location, inside does feel more dated than the others in the area.nnRarely have issues with out of stock items though perhaps due to it being tucked away in the plaza.nnIn summary it’s your bog-standard mid-size Coles
I grabbed a bag of the 4 leaf salad as pictured thinking it was $2.20. But when I got to the self check out, it was $3. I raised this with the lady at the self check out who then scanned to see how much it was online. It turned out to be $3 as it was 200g. She said it’s not right but never honoured the bag for $2.20. I went back to get the photo and realised ALL the 200gm bag of salads had the incorrect $2.20 tag on for 120g of salad. Coles you’re already have an inquiry and yet you’re still treating customers like crap.
Big store. Large carpark. Online pick-up area & undercover parking. Inside Ivanhoe Plaza.
Better than your average Coles, nicely spaced out and plenty of checkout counters. Heaps of stock on shelves. Plenty of meat offerings and different cuts.nnOnly minor criticism I have is the parking situation; it’s a little bit hard to get in/get out.
Can't find anything, layout makes no sense whatsoever. They don't have enough staff nor do they open enough registers, making people queue up for the privilege of serving themselves. Unbelievable. Where do the profits go? Not back into the community. Parasites.
