Removed the 12 items or less counter and installed additional self service.nnI had to wait for two trolleys worth of shopping today before I could be served.nnThe shift supervisor advised me that when a staff member sees a customer with limited shopping that, they would serve them at the cigarette counter.nnThree 3 minutes later she looked at me inline and failed to apply the latter.nnThen, the worker behind the till asked me to place the basket back where I had obtained it at the other end of the building.nnI said, no thankyou as I am not an employee of Woolworths.nnI have a physical disability require a bi-latheral hip replacement. After being forced to stand inline for a prolonged period of time, then being asked to walk several 10's of meters to the wrong end to return the basket, I just feel the need to write this review in the hope others bycot Woolworths until a certain level of customer service is brought back.nnI am not an employee of worthy and I am not their to work.nnI will now shop at either IGA or Coles.nnGoodbye Woolworths

Staff and customers are friendly and have a sense of inclusivity and community. Product range is good and availability of products excellent. Parking is generous. Helpful staff who kindly offered a paper bag for free, as a one-off. I noticed that the staff showed utmost respect to all their customers and it is reciprocated. Big thumbs up, thank you for your assistance.
Best Foods MayonnaisenI bought it to your stores attention weeks ago that this mayonnaise is contaminated it is not the right colour plus if you turn it upside down it is black on the inside plus having eaten some it does not taste goodnI was reassured it would be taken off the shelvesnToday in your store both sizes stocked up and all black on the bottom inside the jarsnUnfortunately I cannot add my picks I realise this is a Best Foods issue yet when a contaminated product is bought to your attention I would at least expect that you notify your head office so this product can be recalled before a customer becomes illnLuckily I realised something was wrong before eating top of this product
Even though they are going through a redesign of the way stock is displayed and where, the staff is still very helpful and friendly.
