I've noticed the fruit and veg doesn't seem to be as much variety as it used to be. There is only ONE register where you get served. The rest are self-serve, which I hate..... you don't get a discount for doing all the work!!!nA good variety of groceries and shelves are well stocked.
Big store, friendly staff,clean and tidy. Tho, some of the products I was looking for wasn't available.
Mainly all self serve checkouts here. Personally I prefer not to put myself through the checkout, but might appeal to other people. nQuality in Fruit and veg wasn't looking it's best.nBakery area was well stocked with lots of variety.nOverall the store looked clean and tidy.
My shopping experience at Cole's supermarket in Wangaratta was good except for the customer service should have been more friendly as l was served by this lady that didn't want to be nice towards me and her attitude gave me the impression that she didn't like working at Cole's supermarket dealing with the people while helping them out to scan their grocery items and to place their grocery items into their bags. In my opinion Cole's supermarket need to employ people that are respectful and have the right attitude towards customers so every customer can enjoy their shopping experience.
If shopping within the CBD is not your choice. Then you have Coles and Kmart around the corner. With lots of Essentials to choose from.
