Asked a team members for some help in locating a product. The one named Tom was an absolute gem but I could hear a female manager I think named Nicole..? when they’d left berating him, calling him slow and incompetent. I would highly recommend a re-evaluation of the management because frankly, that was poor behaviour from someone who is meant to be in a senior position.
Good range of products, helpful staff and an inclusive community vibe. Parking is generous. Watch this space for further info as I'll be back soon, love it in Wang! Thanks for your professional customer service.
The coles store is great but the toilets in the shopping centre between coles & k-mart are disgusting. They are usually always closed due to not functioning properly. The car park even though it has just been upgraded is still shocking. All up hill & down dale. The whole shopping centre needs to be made into a plaza with flat multi-level car parking. The size that Wangaratta is now it needs it.
I've noticed the fruit and veg doesn't seem to be as much variety as it used to be. There is only ONE register where you get served. The rest are self-serve, which I hate..... you don't get a discount for doing all the work!!!nA good variety of groceries and shelves are well stocked.
I bought pasta salad and it was off...it was fermenting...so not happy
