Our experience with Joe at the front was something you don't come across ever anymore he was so kind and polite and eager to help! Very rare shopping experience especially around Christmas time! Keep it up Joe definitely put smiles on our faces!
As with all super markets THEY NEED MORE HUMAN OPERATED CHECKOUTS 1. The machines are just infuriating 2. I don't work there why am doing their job? 3. The self serve check outs at this one ARE ABSOLUTLY FILTHY! They are seriously gross. Bits of food- crumbs - grubby - sticky Like a baby's high chair that hasn't ever been cleaned
Down to Earth staff. The deli section here is sqeeky clean and fresh. Always purchased marinara mix and chicken from here without any problems. Good service from staff here, so customer friendly and good workers. Woolies Mirrabooka is a good atmosphere to shop in.
It was a wonderful experience visiting Mirrabooka Woolworths today. Well staffed, clean and quite well stocked up. Special mention to Mr. Joe at the Self Assisted checkout - friendly, helpful and a very cheerful personality.
The new fruit and vegetable section is bright, clean and organised. The shop is large, with plenty of space between the aisles. The self check out area is one of the larger ones I have seen in a Woolworths, as everyone's trolleys don't get in the way of another.

All responses were prompt and helpful. We would like to express thank you to Joe Melder and the team for maintaining a high quality customer service.
Goos shopping experience was had today . Got everything that I had on my shopping list and they were easily found . All shelves were fully stocked .
I would have given 0 star if I could. Worst customer service I've ever seen, they've got ridiculous manners. If you can't control your anger then don't come to work!!
Decent product lines. Needs more choice in the self service section for nuts etc. Want more Portuguese tarts also from bakery.
