It’s a real shame the deli closes at 8pm, even if someone is working in there and meat hasn’t even been covered or taken away yet I was still refused service. I was so excited too because all the meat was at a discounted price, I wouldn’t have been able to afford it otherwise. Was probably all thrown away tonight and with the society were in with the prices rising sometimes the only time we can afford meat is when it’s on special or heavily discounted. Shame on you coles.

A very busy supermarket in all ways. I do my weekly shop at Alexander Heights Shop However I pop in here for a few items and always go through the fast service checkout. It's a pleasure to be served by Kyana who's efficient, friendly. Employees with her qualities are very rare. I always walk away with a smile
Needs some improvement. I don’t go often because the flavoured milks I like to buy are usually out of stock whenever I come… and the customer service isn’t all that great. I watched my mum get treated badly by a lady at the counter one time
I asked for half a chicken & payed for half a chicken, when I opened the bag at dinner time I noticed that the drumstick & part of the wing wasn't in the bag. Food prices are high enough without getting less than what you pay for.
Went in to enquire about Durrecell rechargeable batteries and if they're able to be recharged with an off brand charger and I was met with snarky and rude staff who had fowl attitudes and no sense of customer service experience. Won't be returning. Definitely avoid.
the most horrible staff member i’ve ever encountered in my entire life. this woman, maybe mid-50s, blonde Yvonne served us at a checkout. she was incredibly rude to my family; for context we are asian. this may seem out of context, however she spoke to us rudely and as if she had been aggravated by us. when asking questions about harry potter figures and rain check slips, she answered in an extremely rude tone to my elderly family. we just left, not knowing what to say to this woman. we had to return to retrieve the rain check slip and saw her conversing happily with a caucasian family. we asked where the slip was and she, once again, stated in an exasperated tone that it was at the counter. perhaps this might be a one off encounter but a few weeks later, another family member comes home, rushing to me asking: “was the rude lady’s name **?” shocked. appalled at this disgusting behaviour. this time, rude encounter at a self checkout! please get yourself together or stop working in customer service. or is this too harsh? your words, tone and behaviour are hurtful to all our community. please educate yourself.
I've been shopping here quite frequently since moving to nollamara a year ago. Me and my partner are always so excited if Peter is on self serve as he is always so happy and helpful. I've never seen him not say hello to anyone that walks in and goodbye to anyone that leaves. We need more Peter's in the world.
A large Coles, but it is feeling very dated. The frozen section is all chest freezers, so it is very hard to find what you are looking for. The self-serve section is tiny, so you feel very cramped in there and it is hard to navigate your trolley. However, the staff they have in that section are always so friendly and welcoming, so it is worth it. A Coles with so much space would benefit from a refit.
