Love the fresh produce. Wide choices of meat, chicken, pastries, dairies, canned goods and more. Quick friendly staff. Everything is here. They have the freshest veggies and fruits and more.
Like all supermarkets currently, low /no stock in many items. Still hate self serve checkouts but that was all they mostly had open. Especially hate self serve camera avoid looking in mirror as it is, let alone when you rush in to pick up a few bits.I know it's to remind you you're being watched for stealing but REALLY!
I gave 5 stars previously but I have been there recently for a few times and the experience was not quite the best. There's some young staff which barely says hi when you ask for help, they look like you're annoying them, the way they answer sounds bored and not nice at all. I could never dare to be rude in that way when I have been working with public. What's the point of working in contact with people if you're not willing to develop customer service skills or at least try to be polite?
It is a great supermarket run by great staff who are very helpful , plus you usually get what you are after here.
Usually can find stuff but this time after baby oil to remove putty from granddaughters hair. Only huge bottles of aloe vera baby oil at $12 plus!
i went to woolies today. they had display of toothpaste for special price the ticket was marked as $2.50 each. so i took 3 packs and other items. however i paid for my items as i was walking out of woolies i checked my receipt. the toothpaste scanned as $5 each. i went to the service desk to confirm the price. the lady who served me called another team member to take the ticket off as it was not the right ticket. she refused to give me the toothpaste as the price i saw. she did not apologise or anything she rudely said i should ready the ticket carefully next time. i was just shocked didn’t say nothing i just asked for a refund. i’m very very disappointed what a horrible customer service.
Everything is very fresh and well laid out. Fresh veggies pretty expensive compared to other woolies. No beef for some reason.

The Redbull tasted super tasty from this store, like better than any other shop I have been too. 100% recommended
