Require receipts for all returns. Even when it's Woolworths branded product that needs to be returned under the satisfaction guarantee. Not a good procedure.
Medium size Woolies to be honest it's lacking variety and choice. The aisles here are extremely narrow and being disabled they were a challenge. Produce appears to be okay and small seafood and deli also. Situated inside a small complex and the carparking space's for easy access for disabled access was dismal.
Day fill with pallets and trolleys in the aisles is simply annoying. Constant dodging with staff not being customer aware is simply poor.
Seriously shabby store with frozen items just chucked in piles into the freezers in front of the other stock. Untidy, tired and obviously no pride taken in the workplace. I thought Cottesloe was a 'nicer' suburbs, but I guess I was wrong ...

Small Woolies, poor variety, rude and uninterested staff. Don't bother.
Exceptional shopping centre, great produce and friendly smiles from all the staff.
Good bakery selection, self serve checkouts easy to use
Easy parking but not a great Woolies. No bakery or nice bread. Deli service is poor in my experience. I only go here because it is convenient.
