This has to be the friendliest and most happy business I have seen in my entire life. So professional and busy, yet striking a charming conversation with each and very single customer. They need to be nominated for a business award.
I’m not sure about anyone else but the endless trolleys being directed by staff for the click n collect service is really starting grind my gears.nShopping has become a game of dodgems, them big trolley’s come at you at speed, with the driver looking at their order on their little computer thing rather than watching for customers. Them trolleys clog up the isles and passing them is hazardous. They block the produce on the shelf’s and make it difficult to get what you’re looking for! Staff often give a hap hazard ‘sorry’ to you as they whirl past you as you try to hop into the shelves for safety. I shopped one day last week and nearly got hit by three different online staff shoppers it’s crazy. I hope staff are spoken to in relation to ‘customer service’ and not ‘online quota’s’ . It’s such a shame that customer service is no longer regarded as a skill these days.nI don’t want to move to online shopping as I like to walk the isles and spot the sale items.nPlease speak you staff about the importance of watching out for customers before someone is injured in their quest to fill an order.

Great supermarket ,well stocked with fresh items and mostly friendly staff on the registers.nI especially compliment Alex in the click and collect area. Alex is always happy,bright and extremely polite.
