Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order online, only to be told afterward that the item was out of stock, despite my order having already been accepted and processed. This was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled made it far worse.nnWhen I attempted to contact the store to get clarification and resolve the issue, my calls were either ignored, left unanswered, or abruptly disconnected. It was nearly impossible to speak with someone who was willing to help. The staff and store manager were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed little interest in addressing my concerns or providing a satisfactory solution.nnAs a customer, I expect clear communication, transparency, and at least a basic level of professionalism when problems arise. Unfortunately, this store failed on all counts. The lack of accountability and poor customer support turned what should have been a simple transaction into a frustrating and time-consuming experience.nnI would not recommend this store based on my experience. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
We got there right as they opened at 7am. Lovely and clean, friendly staff and the aisles were nice and neat as you'd expect for that early in the morning.
Today was a good day for Woolworths. I needed one thing and they had it in stock and easily found. So I bought double what I needed because Woolworths seems to be the only place I can buy this product.
Maybe the employees can find a better place to b and moan about there workmates than the milk fridge, just letting you know customers can hear everything. You must be a peach to work with
this was my fourth time coming into woolies today and i went down the drink aisle and there was no packets of energy blue v’s i got really upset because i was hoping to have a lovely relax night sipping my blue v, ill always love woolies but i am very disappointed,
