Reduced their staff, increased self serve which I will never use I care about regional job loss, Online packers blocking access to shelves and rudely barge out in front of you, no fast checkout 12 items or less, extremely expensive, No choice for paper bags unless you use mushroom bags if there is any left! Local fruit shop provides paper bags all sizes. Cruddy car park. Took me 20 minutes to get through checkout with a 2 litre container of milk. bahhhhhh! you wont see me again! At least Rirchies Wyung store has a decent carpark and NO SELF SERVICE.
S,ince your new, nice, updated refit, I tried your store again. However after having my shopping basket ready to go through your express checkout I were extremely disappointed to find out that there is now no express checkout and I were not going to que for the normal registers and I have never done a transaction and never will with a machine. As such I left my basket in store and went to your competitors. Hope the meat products didn't go off !!
The worst parking in town. Only park here if you have scrub bars or you are definitely getting dints . Most of the easy access parking on main street removed for multiple bus parking that's not needed as only 1 bus stops. No dedicated motorcycle parking. Look else were to park if you have a trailer or caravan.
Recent alterations may force us to shop elsewhere as there are only three registers open with no 12 item. Everyone is expected to either self serve or maybe go on line which most older people will not do. Everyone in the long queues were complaining.
No shaded areas in their car park? I've travelled Australia most Cols car parks have shaded sales if they don't have trees.. I had to park in another Street where there was shade and walk a block to do my shopping.. not happy!
