I've gotten deliveries several times from this store, They pack soft drink with bread every single time.... It seems like it is on purpose also because 2 separate bags with soft drink and bread in each...nI even made a specific comment on the bread to pack the bread with bread and nothing else...nAbsolutely ridiculous whoever packs these bags should be fired
The staff were extremely Rude especially when I asked for a simple refund because the store over charged me in one item.nWoolworths are usually the best but the customer service needs serious improvement.
I don’t like self-checkouts because I believe people should be serving customers, not the other way around. Having to scan and process my own groceries defeats the purpose of employing staff and ultimately reduces job opportunities in Australia. It’s frustrating to walk around, collect my groceries, and then be expected to scan and pay for them myself. Staff should be handling that process—it would reduce theft and eliminate the distrust that self-checkouts create between stores and customers. I absolutely hate self-checkouts.

This morning I was at woolies in Traralgon, I generally don't have a preference when using the self serve checkouts, but today decided to go through one of the manned checkouts. The check out chick was SO incredibly rude! No customer service skills what so over!! It would have been a nicer experience if she didn't say ANYTHING at all! Obviously very sour to be working on Mothers Day, but there is no need to treat others with total disrespect and straight out bitchyness!
