We shopped here yesterday while visiting from Melbourne cbd which has many Woolies with professional and friendly staff. The middle-aged white female with a strong accent who served us around 3pm on 24 December 2024 was so rude. We did not appreciate her attitude, her tone and her demeanour. We had not done or said anything to invite her wrath, and were polite throughout. I was in a holiday mode so didn't say anything at the time. I found her disrespectful and unprofessional. Woolies Seymour needs to organise some customer service training.

The customer service is great; the young man Noah was especially great, perfect manners and a great smile for his work ethic! He deserves a raise!

I just left the self serve area and the staff member there said thank you, have a good day to every customer who checked out except for me. Blatantly ignored me the person of colour but smiled and said thank you to the white guy behind me. Racism at its finest.

Everything looks fine in store and have never had a problem with delivery to boot

Fantastic customer service by the trolley guy today Simon it was pouring rain and he didn’t hesitate to helped me pack my car and take my trolley back for me so I could get out the rainnWell done Simon
