Rude unhelpful staff and a management team that seem to think it is appropriate to force everyone through self check out even when it is blindingly obvious this is not an appropriate option for all customers. Another shameful display of greed from Woolworths, no wonder more and more people now shop at Aldi where prices are more realistic and at least the customers are treated with some level of respect.
