The short lady supervisor really needs to put a smile on her face. And her attitude is on a top level, when I asked for a receipt she goes “I asked for it & you said no”. Nope, I said no bags only.nnThey should induct you how to talk to the customers & no doubt learn how to put a smile on a face. We paid for it too.nnWhat a good example you’re for your counterparts. There is nothing fresh about this fresh food people store.nIt looks dirty and tired. Cold food storage is really unhygienic looking at times.nDeli staff love to have a chat…to each other at the expense of service.nFresh produce is often limp or bruised…or at the tail end of fresh.nSoft drinks with zero sugar? Forget it. It is so inadequate as to be irrelevant.nAnd of course the legendary prices they charge, then treat you like a potential thief at the checkout.
The attitude of most staff leaves a sour taste in your mouth. There are a few of the staff who have been there for a while that a great. Some staff could do with some additional training in customer service.
I only give 2 because only 10% of the stuff are friendly and very polite, but the rest of them they never smile at you, not friendly and doesn't make me feel welcome in their store.
Helpful, kind, capable and experience online picking staff. I went there and they already prepared my order in a trolley. Thumbs up for them.
