I came to get prawns after work at 6pm but was told they couldn't get me any more from out back. Then I went to the service desk and asked for bags with my shopping but had to beg for another bag yet I was paying for them. And then was given lip by lady at the service desk. Custom service is disgusting

Always excellent click and collect service at Woolworths Warragul and the staff who bring the groceries out to the car are always bright, cheerful and seem to take pride in their work which is wonderful to see. I dont think ever had anything missing from orders at the Warragul store. The Warragul Vic store is a credit to the Woolworths supermarket chain.
Definitely my local supermarket of choice. Feel like I know most of the staff. Only downer is the carpark!
It looks grotty and old from the outside, but it is a large store with a good selection of products and decent enough on the inside.nThe car park is not for the faint hearted, but I had no problem parking there.nThe staff have always been friendly and helpful with the exception of the young person who served me on my last visit. Unhelpful, surly, disinterested, borderline condescending and rude. No Hope. Let you all down.
