Like most Coles supermarkets. Nothing outstanding. Very disappointing car parking availability for a vehicle over 2.1m. If you're able to use stairs, there is a rooftop car park that has better clearance. If your vehicle is more than 2.1 & you can't manage stairs, you might be lucky enough to find one of the very limited spaces on ground level.nLuckily, there are another two supermarkets that have ample parking without height limitations.
Ordered delivery, the drumsticks from the deli were split up. One whole bag of 6 were rotten, and smelled awful. They went to the trouble of separating the drumsticks and still sent it out. This is disgraceful.
They need to up their game on fresh produce quality more towards the fruit. Tired of having to find going off within the week of purchase. Not much has changed. Side note: their online order was a negative for first time using and was unable to drive due to injury so decided to give it a go. I spent the required flybys point target to get the 5600 and as they could not supply my full order, I did not get my points as it fell below the $ spend needed. They also lost one part of my order they confirmed received. They did give me a credit compensation but can only be used when I do another online order. I had to predominantly call back to them to sort out. Their process is the issue not the staff who assisted.
