4/11/25 first time visiting. This store had some stuff that local store to me didnt have. Thought the click and collect bays were a bit small. Pressed the button to let them know I had arrived and received my goods very quickly. Great customer service. Will certainly keep this store in my list next time I’m looking for products.
Just went and bought eggs at around 7pm, the shelves were almost bare and what was left was a few cartons with cracked eggs, raw egg all over the place. Managed to get the last semi-decent pack and came home and noticed an awful, rotten smell. Rotten raw egg all throughout the carton underneath the eggs, and half the eggs I couldn’t even use because they were practically glued into the carton due to the raw eggs sticking them in. Absolutely disgusting. I understand there is an egg shortage at the moment but for a store that has heaps of staff constantly stocking the shelves, I’m surprised no one bothered to pull the cracked open eggs off the shelves. I wish I had of taken a photo of the egg shelf, it was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard having so much raw, rotten egg exposed.
“I just experienced a very unhelpful staff at Coles today, around 4:40 in the afternoon. The woman was probably around 30 to 40 years old, with short red hair. I was asking about the price if it was half-price, because all the items in the row were marked half-price but I couldn’t find the label for the specific item that was also there. So I asked, but she didn’t even check, didn’t give any assistance, and gave no explanation to help me understand. I was really disappointed because almost all the staff there are helpful and kind, but she seemed to be in a bad mood and her service was really poor.”
Chris from the meat department made my day. Easy service. Went out the back to get a product that wasn’t on Shelf after front end said it definitely was there AND brought me the box for me to select which ones I wanted! It was a highlight of my day cause I’m really enjoying the organic chicken thighs! Thanks Chris!!
Great size supermarket, plenty of very well stocked shelves. Parking is not the greatest though.
