Lost a star due to the carpark Locals know. Store is bright! Aisles are wide! Accessibility is excellent. Staff are aware they work in customer service, they help and smile. Self check out is awesome.nI am not a Coles shopper so this pains me to say it is a great interior experience. Unfortunately the exterior is awful. Narrow walkways, dark, always random arguing or yelling at taxis, and the carpark is like someone decided to translate a Rubix Cube into parking. Then there is the truly spectacular entertainment of the Coles Crowd. No other supermarket can bring this level of Real Housewives energy.
I never give 1 star ratings but I ordered online and the delivery never came, it was more frustrating then just shopping myself. You would think the services would be at least the bare minimum considering their profit margin but no, they can't even deliver a basic needs.
Just went and bought eggs at around 7pm, the shelves were almost bare and what was left was a few cartons with cracked eggs, raw egg all over the place. Managed to get the last semi-decent pack and came home and noticed an awful, rotten smell. Rotten raw egg all throughout the carton underneath the eggs, and half the eggs I couldn’t even use because they were practically glued into the carton due to the raw eggs sticking them in. Absolutely disgusting. I understand there is an egg shortage at the moment but for a store that has heaps of staff constantly stocking the shelves, I’m surprised no one bothered to pull the cracked open eggs off the shelves. I wish I had of taken a photo of the egg shelf, it was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard having so much raw, rotten egg exposed.
4/11/25 first time visiting. This store had some stuff that local store to me didnt have. Thought the click and collect bays were a bit small. Pressed the button to let them know I had arrived and received my goods very quickly. Great customer service. Will certainly keep this store in my list next time I’m looking for products.
Click and collect mobile number doesn’t work, they never have much gluten free bread, and their idea of free fruit for kids is simply a way to get rid of rotten fruit.
