Great store, friendly staff, then there is the terrible woody chicken breasts, caused by over use of growth hormones that then causes the chicken to get stressed and even have muscle problems, this chicken was so chewy that it was downright unpleasant and an horrible experience.nThe overall layout of this shop is rather old but it works nicely as it is more condensed than the newer shops.nThere are three really lovely staff, the rest can do with an upgrade to a smile on their dial.nOverall a great shop just don't buy their chicken breasts.
The he/she with bright red long hair could not be worse as his/her job. The click and collect at this coles is a joke not having your order ready between your time schedule and being told to come back 30 mins later, was rude on the phone, hung up on us. Absolute joke.
Please provide more real service. Your doors are open at 7 am and yet none of your checkouts were open yesterday at 8.35am. A few weeks ago I saw one man walk away leaving a full trolley as no one would serve him at the service checkout even though the girl in charge knew he was there. This is disgraceful. We like to shop early as it is hard to find parking in Warragul later in the morning. There are some very kind checkout girls working in your store. One girl in particular always offers to help me put my groceries through the self-serve. However, I know this then registers as a self-serve customer and we want customer service back. We have already searched on the ever changing shelves for our goods. We just would like someone to put them through and pack for us.
SELF SERVE CHECK OUTS ARE HORRIBLE!! The machine accused me of stealing which I would never do! Why is there no one scanning groceries?!? what happened to service with a smile!? The uniform policies the staff wear are absolutely juvenile there is no reason my kids should be exposed to all kinds of gang memorabilia and punk piercings and ugly boots the workers should look clean and content they should'nt parading around in pride flags that no one needs to see the workers' sexuality is none of the customers concern please end this nonsense. Also cigarette prices are too high!! - Deborah.
It's a pleasant shopping experience in here, when l go in its never over packed with people.
