Very clean store. Always have hot roasted chicken and roasted meat. Great delicatessen with a large variety of products to choose from. Can get busy on the weekend. Plenty of parking on the rooftop and under cover also. Has an escalator and a lift to access the roof top parking area. Good selection of products and very helpful staff. Five Stars.
Yesterday I went to their store to buy the prawns but they were out of stock. Staff from Deli checked for me and asked me to leave contact information so they would call me when they had them. I got the phone call from Deli staff this morning missed call but they left voicemail saying they would leave the prawns to me. I got them after work and I really appreciate that they could keep their words. Very warm shopping experience.
My first time to this store. Interestingly, just read a review of a rude manager in this store and I happened to meet an arrogant one just now. To be fair, I'm not sure if he s the manager but seems like the girls were asking his authorisation so I assumed so. Better to fix that arrogant attitude and say thank you to your customers. After all, we all helping to pay your salary blonde man with facial hair in safety vest. Be humble!
Friendly staff! Always well stocked and able to find what I need for my regular shop.
Shopped at woolworths first time since January. After paying their prices compared to where i usually shop, I can't see myself going back again soon. Appallingly overpriced for everything. If other smaller shops can have lower prices, why can't they??
