Dear store manager, a small request, For all click and collect ordersuber or customer , please ask your Staff to mention the timeline how long it would take. They just dont care about people waiting and pretend to be busy. Yes they are busy, but it takes 2 seconds to just say whether order would take 10 mins, 5 mins, more than 5 mins. Please maintain proper communication.
Woolworths greensborough worst experience I had herenOther woolworths are too good compare to this location in normal time not even busy for a doordash order they will take 30 minutes but when I scan to track order it shown ready when I asked employees are too bad and rude never respond properly I will avoid this location from now to save time while delivering
The rest of the staff are lovely but always have problems with his tall young guy who often works in the self serve checkouts. The past 2 times I have been there including today he has watched over my shoulders to check I’m scanning everything, asks me questions and has even gone as far as to looking inside my bag. As someone who works in retail myself you need to be really careful about questioning people if you think they are stealing. Don’t just make assumptions based on ur vibes and what people look like
Went there to pick up a delivery was met with less than pleasant workers when I asked for a trolley key. There were online orders all through the front of the store people were struggling to walk through and there were atleast 7 people waiting for there online orders. Then come to learn they only had 1 worker doing the online groceries. When there are plenty of unemployed people Woolworths could hire those people to meet customer service demands. Needless to say I'll never return it left sour taste in my mouth.
This Woolworths has all the essentials, and I can usually find everything I’m looking for without any issues. The store itself is fine, but there’s nothing that really makes it stand out from any other supermarket.nnThe biggest issue is the foyer. It’s consistently filthy and gives a poor first impression before you even walk into the store. It looks like it’s badly overdue for a thorough clean, and it’s surprising that such a busy supermarket entrance is allowed to get into that condition.nnOverall, it’s a perfectly adequate supermarket that gets the job done, but between the tired entrance and the fairly average shopping experience, there’s definitely room for improvement. A cleaner, more welcoming foyer would make a big difference.
