It's got plenty of undercover parking as it's not in the plaza, it's on the corner of Grimshaw & Henry Street, next door to BP opposite Greensborough primary school. Open 7am to around 11pm most days. You don't have to walk miles back to the car with your trolley. Great staff, always happy to go the extra mile. Has click and collect and disabled parking
Have never had any problems here. Fresh food is always plentiful. Staff are very helpful and check-out is easy as.
Very bad WWS! As a Door dash delivery, I get order to pick for customers from this store and here’s the story:nnThis Wws doesn’t have the pickup area as others, so I suppose everyone needs walk in and deliver the bags by own, however this time I notice they can deliver the bags to customer in car park, but as they said, only for customers which I am not. And funny thing is one of the staff emphasized they get pay by customers for the delivery to car park, I ask does the customer pay tips for that? She said No. I’m wondering what she want to say, customer use door dash doesn’t pay the delivery fee? So, she gets low salary?nnThen my order is ready, that’s a whole store trolley with about 8-10 box full of bagsmore than 20, when I try to move the trolley, that staff said I can’t move their trolley, I need find my way to get the bags to car. I said all other Wws delivery the order to car park, to hand over, I don’t mind do it myself, why don’t allow to use the trolley, I can send it back to you. They insist it’s their rule, and finally, manager came, not solve this small issue, but threaten cancel the order and never use me in their store again. So, order cancel as their wish, and I will never accept the order from this store.nnIn the whole case, I can feel the uncovered discrimination from all the staffs in this store because of my job which I never experienced in other places. And the most disgusting thing is not the lazy operation, not the useless management, even not the obvious discrimination; but the normal staff try to use their very limited tiny power to difficult other people only in order to show their existence!nnFor people who order delivery from this store, the staff here don’t have service spirit, they don’t care about delay your order for no reason. Order from others if you can.nnThis store is hopeless!
