I was picking an item at this store and it was 9:53 pm, there were closing 7 minutes. The girl stood near me and rushed me to pick one, although I had 7 minutes of time to choose what I am going to get, before the store officially closes.nnAlso every-time I ask for something they say sorry we can’t or sorry we don’t know, and later someone else helps me with it. Why don’t you help people in the first place? Instead of saying sorry this and that, think if you can find a solution first before rejecting the customer at first place!nnDid not enjoy their customer service at all.
Big thank you to one of your young employees called Jamie who was restocking the shelves. While doing my usual Saturday grocery shopping at my local Greensborough Coles I approached your employee to see if he could help me to find an item that I’ve been looking for ages. He was extremely polite and with a smile on his face he went above and beyond looking until he found it. Thank you for your customer service Jamie. You have made my day!
Had a great experience at my local Coles at Greensborough Plaza today. The lady at the service desk was super helpful with my swapping request— very friendly, and accommodative. Always nice to get good customer service!
Best customer service from Ross at Coles Greensborough, he was very helpful on the phone early this morning as I needed to place a big order, at collection he kindly helped me carrying two heavy trollies and also loading everything in the car. Much appreciated
Today I have experienced another rude Staff member at Coles Greensborough. The older lady with blonde hair , speaking down to me as if I don’t understand because my Flybuys wouldn’t scan my points , I told her I will go to another isle but she was firm in Saying don’t bother because Flybuys is down and there is no point . She was rambling on it’s not Coles ‘s fault , I never once blamed Coles but I knew it was the register iI was on because it was playing up. Talking to me like I’m an idiot . Of course I tried another register and it worked perfectly.nAnd the middle aged man that wears glasses he is rude also. If I say I don’t want help with the water and I say No he should respect my wishes . Hasn’t he learnt No means NO!!! Staff need to respect the Customers because they push people’s buttons with their attitude.nThe younger Staff are lovely.
