Woolworths Charters Towers

Good Supermarket, has most things you need. Slightly cramped but that's not a big issue. Staff are very helpful and the place is pretty clean. Most fruit and vegetables are fresh and quite a good stock of Gluten Free products.

Recently did an online shop that was paid for and sapposed to be pick up the next day got there and found my order had been deleted with with no contact being made it was my son's 5 th birthday so of course his cake and things were also ordered with my regular shop then was told we had to wait for the money to be returned to my bank account which then ment I couldn't buy then n there my heart sank having to tell my son we would have to reschedule his birthday was extremely upsetting and not knowing what I was going to feed all 5 kids with but then the ladies in Woolworths shined they gifted our family with $150 gift card and did the shopping part for us and made my son a birthday cake with 2 wrapped pressies the staff in this store are truly amazing Mr Woolworths should be proud to have a great bunch of staff like this big thank you to those ladies :) great place to shop with great customer service and with a smile

Friendly customer service and loads of variety of foods in all departments both Australian own and imported.

Easy access with good parking. Large floor area. Modern fit out, well stocked with fresh produce.
