Ridiculous staff. Before paying, we noticed that our bill was far higher than it should be and questioned the cashier serving us as to the price of a certain item that we thought was on clearance. She replied with ‘I can’t tell you that.’nAfter asking for the manager, it was revealed that the item was stocked in the wrong place and on top of an incorrect tag.nThe manager then told us ‘we’ll allow you to remove it from the bill this one time. In the future you are not able to remove any items and must pay’nnWhat a load of rubbish.
Limited range throughout store, more like a convenience shop for the odd item. Good thing is that most people including myself go down the hill to Coles now and there is is lots of available parking for the odd item.
Always my favourite shop for my groceries. Great range of coffee to look and choose from. Specials are always pretty good and great customer service.
Was a great supermarket, it now falls well short as a Metro. Frustrating to shop there now with so many products no longer available, and lack of logical flow to the aisles. More like a large inconvenience store than a grocery store.
Poor attitudes at every checkout. Numerous items frequently forgotten in click and collect orders. Chemicals packed in with vegetables week in week out, sometimes i even have to pack my own bags while trying to supervise a toddler! Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
