I hadn't been there for quite a while, but I went there after work a couple of days ago and was very pleased to see that the place had had quite a few updates. The basic layout was the same, but the number of self scanning checkouts was drastically increased. I don't remember exactly how many checkouts there were, but it was quite a few more. It seemed to make the place a lot more efficient to pay for your stuff and leave. I was pleasantly surprised.
Not satisfied at all.nI was returning a product today, the team member said a few times 'I'll do it for you today, but you have to return your items to the shop you bought it from'nThe returning policy says that I can return items to ANY store, including fresh products though.nThe store manager told me that policy is old !, that they have been told differently.nWhen I asked for this new policy in writing, she refused angrily.nUnbelievably bad service.
I have stopped shopping at Woolies because they do not care. The fruit and Veg are not fit for sale. On occasions I selected a product and checked the use by date to fine it was past use by. I had numerous discussions with staff but nothing changed. Like Coles they are promoting self serve checkouts.
Since the revamp quite nice! Friendly staff. However I often find molded fruits and vegetables in the fresh section which I really find concerning.
I WENT IN THERE TO GET WASHING POWDER AND STAIN REMOVAL 2 ITEMS, I HAD THEM IN SHOPPIMG BAG MY DAUGHTER IN MY OTHER HAND, NOT EVEN GET TO SELF SERVICE BEOFRE I GET ACCUSED OF STEALING.... . DONT WVEN WAIT FOR ME PAY FOR THE ITEMS JUST ACCUSED ME, I AM HOSUE CLEANER WITH POLICE CHECK AND WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK, MY JOBS IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN STEALING A FEW ITEMS JUST COZ I HAVW TATTOS AND COLOUR HAIR DONT JUDGE
