I don't know why I bother with this supermarket...nnCustomer service is hit and miss.nnIf you go at peak time be prepared to queue up like cattle at self serve because they'll only be two normal registers open.nnThe quality of their produce is disgusting picked up a bag of grapes only to get them home to see they were all mouldy. nnDefinitely going elsewhere for produce..
Well stocked and clean.nConstantly having to manoeuvre around the young buyers and their red trollies for click and collect.nSome parts feel cluttered and overcrowded.nStaff are great and most have been there for years.
Smaller store, not a great fruit area quality very average,not well stocked,overall more pride from team leader could go along way
Coles Boronia is following all other supermarket giants by promoting self serve check outs and next to no help from any staff if you can find one. Quality of product is atrocious, staff are rude and don't care. I will be supporting independents like IGA and MAXI'S even knowing I will need to travel further. My dollars probably won't be missed but at least I know they won't be benefitting from me. What would they do if everyone stopped shopping with them????
Just love this Coles because the staff members are so attentive and friendly. Always well stocked except during egg shortage era…lol !
