Its just my opinion but recommend you go elsewhere. Firstly they always tried to change my appointments numerous times around to suit them because I work past 5. Very annoying. But the worst experience I had was when I went in with a tiny chip in my tooth and was treated very badly. I felt incredibly uncomfortable after they filed my tooth uneven and they made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Tried to force me to get veneers that I didn't need then left my teeth in such bad shape I complained, went to a second dentist in the surgery with not much better luck. I've since gone elsewhere closer to the city who were cheaper, took the filling out that was done and started from scratch and was incredibly helpful restoring my faith in dentist.

When shopping around for dental treatment, I was quoted $1,000 for a root canal and $1,000 for a cap. I didn't get the quote in writing, as I presumed a dentist would have integrity and stick to their verbal quote. I went ahead with the work based on the quote. At the end of the second last visit for the root canal, I checked to make sure the next appointment would cost only the balance of the $1,000, but was told it would be $175-$295 higher than the amount I expected. Over the next few months going backwards and forwards (in writing this time, constantly having to chase them to get a reply) the quote ended up changing to a total of $2,525, $525 higher than what I had originally been told and had gone ahead based on. When I involved the (neutral) Department of Health to query the matter, suddenly the dentist was able to provide (although they never had to me, including throughout the months of emails specifically querying the changed quote) a dental plan showing that that had always been the quoted amount. Therefore they lied - either to me originally about the cost of the work to get me to go ahead, or to the Department of Health. Please get your quotes in writing from Dr Rekha Singh.
