Fantastic service here. Excellent experience and very friendly. Reasonable pricing. Do book here for your next checkup! My dentist (Dee) was a joy to deal with and was more than happy to answer every question I had. They made time for me to pop back in on a Saturday, with only an hour's notice, to have a little jaggedness smoothed off around a filling. No guilt trips even though I hadn't been to a dentist in 6 years. I've been here 4 times this past week to have my neglected teeth examined, repaired and cleaned. I could not be more pleased with the level of care I've received.

As a young adult I can confidently say that this is one of the highest standard dental clinics that I have been to. The quality of procedures is exceptional and is always done with uttermost care. Across the last several years I've had teeth removed and had occasional check-ups, all of which went, and I'm sure will continue to go, impeccably well. I've even received valuable advice for my braces procedure, including the best course of action to take.

Excellent dental clinic I have been with this dental clinic for 15 years and I'm a regular patient, visiting it every 6 months. All the clinical staff I have encountered have been very professional, thorough and competent as well as pleasant and friendly. I have been treated by their main dentist, and would like to underline the outstanding level of treatment she has provided. I would strongly recommend going to this practice.

The worst dentist I have ever attended in my 39 years. Since moving to Berwick from inner Melbourne I thought I would give a local dentist a try. I play a contact sport where I have endured a fair amount of pain. So, when I moved slightly when I was having a procedure which resulted in the dentist (Olga) breaking the drill bit off in my tooth. I was surprised to be berated by her blaming me for moving and having a nerve exposed to the drill bit. I thought she must be having a bad day so I gave the practice another chance. My next visit resulted in me having to attend my original dentist in the city due to the incompetent work done another dentist at the practice. This poor work by Eden Rise also meant that I had to take very strong antibiotics and pain relief as my jaw had been infected. My original dentist stated that my jaw should have been packed with gauze after the tooth removal. This resulted in one week off work and two visits to my doctor. Don't risk your time or health. Visit a professional.
