We booked on booking.com, chose a selection with a private bathroom and a king size bed. We hiked for the day out of range of service, I learned after check in that I had a message asking what kind of accommodation we we're looking for. What we got was a private room with access to a communal toilet and shower and a bed that was made up of two very different twin beds pushed together. We were so tired we just went to bed and didn't fuss about it, but it was a difficult sleep. Not an ideal situation at a higher price.nIt is walking distance from town.

On arrival 3.30pm there was no one there to meet us although the key was left out. On opening our door to the room we were greeted with a very strong odour that never went away. The saving grace for this place was it was clean. It's run down and nothing like the pictures. Lights weren't working and catches on the  windows were missing or non existent in the bathroom. We will not be returning.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.nWhen me and my mum and brother checked in it was very nice and greeting at first. The beds were very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep in at all.nWe left to get lunch the next day and we got a call saying they went to deliver milk that we never asked for and they went into our room went through our belongings. We told them they are not allowed to go into our room and go through our stuff we confronted them and the lady at the front was so rude and horrible to me and my mum. And in front of my 10 year old brother. They said they are allowed to go into our room whenever. She called the police on us and told us to leave. would NOT recommend as it was horrible.nThey kicked us out and we were 8 hours away from our house we could not find another place to stay so last minute and had to drive all the way home.nThe lady that did this was the front desk lady. VERY horrible. They also had homeless people living there and all we could smell was marijuana. Not very welcoming. And this lady that was working here also followed us to our room and walking around our room and yelling you need to leave because we told her that she is not allowed to be going through our personal belongings.

What a crock!!! The photos are so old, the whole place is run down amd seems to be used as emergency housing. Nowhere on the website did it say I was booking a tourist flat with a communal toilet, I thought I was booking the motel room. No fridge just a bed and TV. The spa water was putrid, nothing had been cleaned or repaired outside, families living there and kids running up and down and riding bikes outside our door at 6am. The website needs to be taken down its a disgusting place and for what we paid I am actually angry. My parents flew over from Australia and I was disgusted and embarrassed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!!!

Very nice, very quiet, very clean. Thanks guys. The spa pool was awesome!!
