Really nice place with great tall trees, with masses of open space, and things to do like Tree Adventures, or the Mountain Bike track. Bit of a drive if you're not local, but well worth it. We went to Tree Adventures, and had a lot of fun there. Nice place to take your dog for a walk, just be prepared for a bumpy drive from the road to the center of the forest. Good place with lots of activities. Bookings are essential, though.

Great place to ride for all levels, including a jump park and night riding Wednesday. No downhill though. Has a small shop seasonally and bike hire. Soft sand in summer. Can take your dog weekdays I think

I’m just a casual mountain biker, I only go a couple of times a year but I find wood hill forest heaps of fun, you don’t need to book and you can hire a bike there

Great in winter or in Summer after rain. Good selection of trails if you are just starting out

Pretty cool, they have had to change all of the trails around recently, with less of a gravity focus unfortunately. Getting back to the old glory trails slowly. Needs to get back to catering for the passionate riders again imo. The regular Joe's don't care.
