Not happy at all ! Thought I was getting a free quote. Turns out I had to pay $100 PLUS $30 courtesy car fee, just for them to strip the door to see what is wrong with it. If I knew I had to pay for them JUST to have a look at the door I would NEVER have paid for it. I was mislead by far. So basically I had to pay $130 and my window still isn't fixed cause it was going to cost $300 more to fix it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Should have been more clear about the price

I have dealt with Woodhead almost since I had my first car, which is going back some 20 years plus, and in those years I have had many different and yes also difficult cars including the likes of my British Fords (Capri and Escorts), Alfa Romeos, Peugeots and other Europeans. Blair and his team have always treated me and my cars well, giving great and exemplary service at an outstanding price. From the quick OBD scan, to the more difficult ABS/ECU troubleshooting, this is the team for you, I have absolutely no problem in recommending Woodhead as my 1st choice in Auto-electricians for any who want their car performing at its best again. AAA+++
