Installers dont know what to seal the product with. Within weeks had etchings and stains all over it. Told us to the bench needs to avoid contact with acidic and citrus. We used a cleaner we were told to use by installer and that appears to have ruined the seal.

Cant get a straight answer of what you can and cant bring into contact on the kitchen bench. When these people inspected the kitchen unsupervised (regrettfully) they did more damage insofar as one of their employees deemed it to wear stilletto type heels and our new house and left pock marks all over the floor

When i documented these issues the state manager emailed me back with such intelligent pearls of wisdom such as "your floors were not sealed properly" and "most women in workforse (sic), professional or not professional are slaves to the 'heel' fashion and wear heels on such flooring"

Not only these people dont know what their product can handle, they lack basic common sense. I have paid all costs to fix everything

I have learned since googling made made stone, marble etc to run a mile from this product, its more temperamental than a prima dona and with responses like i was given above, dont think you will get any assistance
