Good range of items and discounts as it is a DFO. Just limited sizes available ie. small or large sizes and limited items in the mid range/most popular sizes.
Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve only had great experiences shopping at Witchery but this was the complete opposite. Firstly, the store looked terrible, untidy and not presentable. That would’ve been okay if the customer service wasn’t so terrible. A poor effort from the staff overall. I think the manager’s name was Melissa and I just have to say she was not helpful at all, I hope someone can look into a replacement. Her customer service seemed very fake and insincere, it was honestly distasteful. Safe to say, I won’t be back.
Great sale prices on very cute tops and more, staff was friendly until I didn't want to check if I had a card for witchery it got weird then she didn't want to say goodbye she just ignored me was weird
I called yesterday Tuesday 17 June and spoke with Leanne regarding getting a puffer jacket that I could not find anywhere. She was so professional and nice and she found the last one for me. She organised for it to be transferred to a store near me. Thank you very much and Witchery should be proud to have Leanne work in their stores.
Great styles and designs, mostly for women's and kids. I have a lot of dresses and outfits from them. Also if you join the membership you will get some great rewards too. This time when I was there they told me I had $10 as a reward which I can redeem now or later. Which makes me very happy to know.
Visited the DFO brisbane store for the first time, most amazing staff, very friendly and helpful and bonus was the gorgeous peices I picked up at a extra 20%off...so I was a very happy chappy..
