Contrary to other reviews, we had a pleasant experience here so I feel it necessary to post a review. The team member who served us was chill, professional and super helpful. The store had more stock available than any stores we visited in Tokyo & Paris and overall it was a great experience. Ordinarily I'd shop around for a better price for their items but given the level or service we received, I was more than happy to pay full price for my items.
to the lady with short hair, u are so rude. it was supposed to be a good time in the store but the staffs are not welcome at all. sorry but will never go back
Terrible customer service. The clothes are fine but the male staff was really unhelpful And has been showing his poker face. It would have been a perfect shopping experience without his help.

Went in today was greeted by a lovely young Asian lady sorry didn't get her name the shoes I was looking for where sold out but a really nice young man called kane looked after me he was super helpful really encouraged me to look around and try stuff on he even told me a story about the brand and its history Kane is a really lovely guy very welcoming and a great brand ambassador. I ended up buying different shoes not the ones I came in for purely because I had a great experience. I.woukd also like to say thank you again to the manger who was also fantastic again I didn't get her name Hope you enjoyed the coffee kane
Honestly the products are fine, but the customer service is a hit or miss. The individual that assisted my partner seemed uninterested and unwilling to help, whereas the lady who served me was very accomodating! Very strange, consistency in service would be fantastic.
Had a lovely experience shopping today. Great range of colours and sizes, there seemed to be less available in the mens sizes. Mainly teeshirts. We were served by Kane who was very helpful and let us browse. It is good they issue face coverings for trying on the items. The knitwear looked lovely.
Love the new place compared to the prior little “hole in the wall” - airy and open and very clean. The staff were lovely however a little bit too attentive - gave me the impression they thought I was trying to steal something - there’s really no need to hover over someone for the entire duration of their visit, a bit too much.
Customer service is honestly quite mixed. The male sales assistant was unhelpful. The female assistant on the other hand did provide other suggestions given that the item I was seeking was out of stock. In all honesty I'd rather wait to go back to Japan where I know I will receive exceptional service
Terrible service, walked in to buy a few T-shirt’s, polos and hoodies. Asked if I could try on a T-shirt, assistant said no because it’s white and to try the black for size. I said no worries handed her the white one and took the black. Tried it on in changing room, took maybe 1 min. Size all good came back out and she had sold the white T-shirt to someone else. No more of that size in stock. Tough luck, that guy that bought it bought one T-shirt and you just missed out on sales of several items of clothing. Put me off the brand as well so you have your shop assistant to thanks for that.
