I've been into the Acne store twice now. Both times I've been treated so nicely, the sales people are always super conversational despite me not exuding a sense of affluence. Bought a beautiful jacket and would 100% recommend visiting. I do feel like the floor stock is a little limited and had to ask for a product to be bought up.

10/10 experience for a refund/exchange. Recently had purchased the work jacket back in April and experienced a bad zipper. expecting to walk in to shipped out have it repaired, the staff were incredibly helpful and offered a direct replacement.  The staff member noticed how much I enjoyed the piece and showed a new collection including a similar style and didn't hesitate to show me. Incredibly happy with the experience.

Just had the best experience with a sales person named Mary! I was after a specific scarf for a last minute birthday present idea and she went above and beyond to accomodate and send through options as the one I was after wasn’t in stock. She sent through options via text and we found the perfect one. She kindly gift wrapped it for me ready to be collected tomorrow. What a star! Xx

A guy with black frame glasses served me today, the languages he spoke involves all kind of discrimination and the sense of sounds like you cannot afford our brand unless it is on sale. Unfortunately, he did not know that I am a VIP customer with Acne Studios in the past three years, but today I just went pass by the shop on the way to the university, wearing cheap nike hoodies and stuff. This guy's attitude is disgusting and horrible. I prefer to visiting Chadstone store the staff there were friendly and nice. Acne Studios head office has contacted with me in regards to his attitude, and I am looking forward to hearing back from this store soon.

Customer service was amazing. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the label. She was very encouraging, listened to what i wanted and offered useful advice and options. She then suggested that she could look in among the stockroom for other items that could be possible for me. I ended up buying pants that were not on the shop floor and was very happy. If i were Acne, i would be very impressed with this employee and her effort. I would definitely shop there again. Then she bought me a cold bottled water unasked for and lollies. 5 star treatment. Oh and i will also mention that i am in my late 40s so i was impressed at getting noticed! Fab experience.

What a wonderful experience thanks to the brilliant customer service we received from Ruba. Ruba went out if her way to assist us with sizes and styles. I shop there for my son and daughter as the clothing is unique and when you have someone like Ruba who is happy to help you it is easy. She was happy to get sizes in so they were there just in case things did not fit and she followed up with an email. I would highly recommend shopping at Acne with Ruba

I didn't buy anything there today, but even so- The staff at this store were very friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the service and the way that they presented themselves. It is top notch in comparison to other stores, they genuinely know how to provide service beyond 'can I help you today.' I've only ever shopped for ACNE online before as I come from Adelaide, so I look forward to being able to go there!
