Whilst I understand that Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting vulnerable members of the community, I am concerned about the apparent lack of duty of care in relation to tenant safety outside the facility.nnOn two separate occasions, elderly tenants from the Avondale Heights site have wandered into my garage and approached me in the street in a distressed state, appearing unsure of where they were or how to return to the facility. On both occasions, I assisted in returning them to Wintringham.nnAllowing elderly tenants to wander unaccompanied raises serious safety concerns. Millerea Road is a busy area and not an environment where vulnerable individuals should be at risk of injury, becoming lost, or being taken advantage of by strangers. While independence is clearly important, it should not come at the expense of personal safety.nnI am unsure what the appropriate solution is; however, the current approach appears to present a significant risk to tenant wellbeing. I believe this matter warrants review to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

The staff are great and took really good care of my grandmother when she was living there. So accommodating when she passed away and during Covid 19. Thank you.

Amazing Staff who care and treat the residents so well . The manager is also so very kind and welcoming .

Very good and friendly. Clean and everyone is happy there.
