We're blessed to have found Keilor East Manor CC. The General Manager Mr Gopal Thanapal is genuinely committed to the well-being of all the residents including those with dementia, and he has a team of caring, competent, & qualified staff which make this happen everyday. The level of communication & transparency of care is high. Gopal & his team are readily accessible to both residents and their families, and make everyone feel welcome. This care community is respectful & inclusive of all its residents, and the staff are very diligent & friendly. Our dear father is happy and lovingly cared for by staff we trust. We highly recommend a tour of this care community.
My dad is at east manor it’s an excellent care home . The staff are amazing, the care is excellent.My dad loves the food he always asks for seconds . I highly recommend east Keilor manor for aged care. Each resident gets looked after very well.
Beautiful place!
My Grandma recently had covid and the care attention and love the staff gave her in a situation where her own family couldn't be there was outstanding! We can't thank the staff enough!
Edenvale Manor looked after our Mum with great car, the staff were lovely and we were very happy with the service provided, Thank you.
The food that's served over the weekend it's repulsive I wouldn't even feed it to a dog let along given to people and the chef very arrogant
