I've been parking here often recently for work I walk over the Yarra to avoid traffic, and it seems fine. The pricing is weird - I have to pre-book at least 15 minutes before I park or I pay a crazy hourly rate rather than an $18-$20 flat rate for the day. I've also found that the pricing is the same regardless of the hours I select in the app so I just book to 11:30pm and leave earlier to avoid worrying about when I leave. Regardless of pricing, the Spott feature is cool and time-saving if you configure it to automatically open the gates at entry and exit based on your licence plate. The bays are wide, which is appreciated, but the up/down lanes are narrow so you have to watch out and give way to cars heading in the opposite direction this often means reversing to let people through. No security issues to report yet.
Parked here to go to the yungblud concert really easy to park. And easy to pay on exit just tap on the way out it goes by your number plate. Too easy. Good prices
Huge carparking spots in a great location. I was extremely impressed by the response after calling customer service to report a suspicious character walking around the car park casing out vehicles. The security staff attendend immediately, literally within a minute.
We were paying a monthly subscription to have 24/7 access to this car park. We would leave our car overnight being GUARANTEED the safety of our car because of the “security cameras and security team”. Don’t trust them. It’s a lie. Last year we had left our car there like we did every night. Our car was completely smashed up the next day. We returned to the car which had its windows smashed and someone had attempted to steal it. We requested the footage of this and some action to be taken. They told us no and it’s not their problem, they then had the audacity to ask us to pay our last month of subscription before cancelling. Do not rent this place long term unless you’re willing to take the risk of someone trying to steal your car and them taking no ownership or support
found a spot no problems, parks were huge, recent 3 spaces turn into 2 by the looks of it.
