We were paying a monthly subscription to have 24/7 access to this car park. We would leave our car overnight being GUARANTEED the safety of our car because of the “security cameras and security team”. Don’t trust them. It’s a lie. Last year we had left our car there like we did every night. Our car was completely smashed up the next day. We returned to the car which had its windows smashed and someone had attempted to steal it. We requested the footage of this and some action to be taken. They told us no and it’s not their problem, they then had the audacity to ask us to pay our last month of subscription before cancelling. Do not rent this place long term unless you’re willing to take the risk of someone trying to steal your car and them taking no ownership or support
Parked here to go to the yungblud concert really easy to park. And easy to pay on exit just tap on the way out it goes by your number plate. Too easy. Good prices
Parked here for a work gathering at Eureka and was told to validate my ticket at the front desk for a discounted parking rate of $15. I did this, but however upon leaving I was charged $80. I have submitted a claim through the website but no response.
Food is amazing, every dish we ordered the flavours were very good. I like the vibe of this place including the music and dance floor. Also a happening place of Sunday. So my go to place on a Sunday
Disappointing Parking ExperiencennI parked at Wilson Parking Eureka 70 City Road and encountered issues with the pay station not scanning my card due to a printing error. When I contacted staff via the intercom, the representative an Indian female initially tried to charge me $25.00. After I explained I was dining at Eureka 89, which qualifies for a $6 rate, she insisted on charging me $11 instead. The interaction was frustrating, as I felt my explanation was disregarded. I hope the customer service and payment process can be improved.
