Worst car park manager who was working on 17/03/2024 around 4pm. Very racist and rude. Acting like he is the owner. After paying for the whole day we were 5 min late to come out because of the baby. Even after explaining what happened he forced us to pay again for the full day. So we paid twice. It's more about his bad behavior than the money.
Fire exit dirty, littered and smells of ammonia for past 4 months. Requested Wilson's clean it which they agreed to however no change and litter continues to build. Car Park itself is very good. Sometimes use the stairwell to exit depending on location car is parked.
Expensive to park in ad-hoc but can likely save if booking in advance. The car park is generally clean and modern and didn't raise any security concerns. Some tight corners saw vehicles come perilously close nose to nose, use care. Easy to find a park on a weekend, and convenient for leaving the city on a weekday.
Great parking option on Southbank! My recommendation is to get an account with them and pre-book your parking for better prices. If you're planning on going to the city and hanging out in Southbank and you don't want to park at the Casino, then this parking lot is a good option. Also a decent option if you're going to the Arts Centre or Hamer Hall!nnWill definitely park here again.
When went to enter ... Boomgate was broken, laying on ground.nnNo mirrors == so be aware turning around corners going up/down levels.nn1 major positive == parking spaces are very wide !
