I’ve never met a kinder soul and greater customer service in my life!! I just want to shout out to your worker David for staying back that extra mile to help a pour soul being over worked during fringe. Brilliant and friendly! I’ve been parking at Wilson car park on rundle street for years and even though I slipped and couldn’t get back to my car before 3 closing time this kind man saved me a huge hassle. Apologies for rambling, kind gestures of kindness don't happen often but this worker convinced me to keep parking at Wilson!!
Entered at 8:50, exited at 19:30 but got charged $29 instead of the $12 early bird price. Fraudulent car park!!!! The normal practice in a car park is to advertise the conditions, and there's no where that says we have to leave by 7 pm, and even if that's the case, why wouldn't you charge for another 30 minutes, which should be about $5. Why charge 29? which is the same as the cost for a lost ticket. Priced to cheat customers.
$29 flat rate for longer than 5 hours seemed like a reasonable price, only for us to discover that the time resets the next morning. Ultimately we parked overnight for $58 with this additional fees never being expressed when entering the car park.
Parking was fine, my gripe was the posted clearance you have on Google. You have 2.0M on the website but you allow for 2.1. I have parked in here before and was looking to park at another spot and used your 2.0M reference as a guide. So I rock up to U park which is also 2M and guess what - Crunch. Yes my fault, I should know my heights but please have your information correct so people can plan.
I booked a bay through online for $10 and I just parked a random bay, and got a $65 fine ticket for that!! After looking around, There was a very small sign hiding in corner said “reserved bay no parking” it’s totally invisible if you do reverse parking or other cars block it, Don’t park here because you never known you gonna pay extra $65 or not. Maybe that’s how Wilson making money ‍Shit place
Entrance sign says PARKING AVAILABLE, wasted 20 minutes of our time driving all the way to the top and there were NO PARKS & there were about 30 cars doing the same thing, what a waste of our time, thank you Wilson, won't be parking with you ever again
Secure, so easy to get to & a great day rate. Definitely recommend.
$12 on Sunday for 1.5hrs. No information regarding weekend rates, dirty staircase and lack of accessibility.
Don't use this carpark. Useless staff, illogical pricing system & expensive. To get the earlybird fee $12 you must enter before 9:30am and leave after 3pm. I parked just before 7am, attempted to leave at 1:30pm only to be told I'd have to pay $29. So I've been sitting here for close to 90 minutes waiting for 3pm so I can pay $12. Does that sound logical to you? Another car could have had my park by now, I could be getting on with my day, Wilson could be charging someone else their exorbitant fees - alas, I am taking up the car space and space in their stairwell too
