Cheap parking, hourly rate cheaper than some around the CBD, but also cheap service. Disappointed. *This location does not use the Wilson Parking Card. My car was parked a whole day, early bird, when I came to leave, realized my parked car was totally side swiped, a huge scratch of paint and dent to almost the whole side of the car! No message left by the culprit. When I rang the carpark administration to notify of the incident and ask for any video footage, I was told the cameras don’t actually record anything. It is just live footage so they were not able to assist. No compassion to what had happened to my car parked in their secure parking garage. Not helpful. Ticket if stamped or shopped at target receives discount. Payment is manual via an attendant, charged extra if using card payment aka cash payments preferred. Attendant doesn’t even acknowledge you, they have the loud music playing in earphones. Bring in automated ticketing system if you can’t be bothered with human interaction.
Beware, you have to get your ticket stamped by target staff to get 1hr free parking, where the staff in checkout area will not tell you. A total fraud! Even I show The $100 receipt to the parking cashier he refused to let me out unless I pay the ticket or go back to get my ticket stamped.
Beware of dangerous falls risks at this car park…and don’t bother asking Wilson’s to look at them, they simply don’t care. I had a very nasty injury here, alerted them to the hazard to no response. All about dollars.
only jog past looks great if you have a vehicle
vehicle exit point is dangerous for pedestrians walking along Rundle - blind corners and no speed bumps to slow cars
Why do you charge double release fee for a single exit? Do you have any clear valid and legal policy about this? Trying to browse your website but didnt find any. Two cars were locked inside the carpark and needed to exit at the same time. We were charged $88 plus no official receipt sent to us wherein they said a receipt email will be sent. Felt like we were scammed!
Fell over on a wet, extremely slippery tiled floor coming out of the lift on level 2. No signage warning it was being cleaned. Incident report filed but no response, they clearly don’t care - I just hope the next victim doesn’t break a hip or something.
I park here most days - its easy to use, has a good early bird discount and there are still people serving you each day which i love.
A very convenient parking place for anyone wanting to visit Rundle Mall, north terrace universities or the many restaurants or stores in Adelaide's East end. The park is above Target Centrepoint opposite the Hungry Jack's car park. I find this carpark easier to get into and the prices are reasonable. If you shop at Target below you get a special deal on the parking fee.
This Wilson Parking is in a good spot for easy access to Rundle Mall and Rundle Street. Some parking spaces are a bit small, but thats the same everywhere. I'd typically just drive to the top two levels to make it easier as they are often empty when I'm there on Friday nights or weekends. If you buy something at Target down stairs you can get a discount on parking fees, but out side of business hours parking is fairly cheap already.
