The most respectful, supportive and excellent service from Jesse. Our son was stillborn and Jesse made a sad & tough time, as easy as possible. His communication was just right and we felt so grateful to come across someone who goes above & beyond with passion for his work. Jesse was absolutely incredible. Our entire family spoke so highly of him after my grandfather's service, with one comment being "he was born to do this job". Thank you for making such a difficult time so much easier and more gentle. We will all be forever grateful. Venue was stunning and immaculately clean, would 100% recommend this company.
My husband passed away 1 month ago. We had Jesse help sort out everything for us. We could not recommend William Farmer Funerals any more highly. They made the whole process bearable and easier to understand. Since my husband was only 50, his passing was very much a shock. Jesse went above and beyond what I thought was the role of a funeral director. He was very respectful and compassionate throughout our planning and during the service. He was available at any time to answer questions or help us out. I can never thank Jesse and the staff enough.
We would highly recommend the team from Farmers Funerals to host a loved ones funeral. Our funeral director -Jesse Cattell -was such a fantastic young director who was genuine, calm and professional. His demeanour was reassuring and engaging, and he was intuitive to our family’s needs. Jesse could relate to us as a family and it felt even more respectful to honour our dad having someone as lovely, knowledgable and compassionate as Jesse guiding us through the funeral process. I recently layed my beloved sister to rest. The funeral was conducted with much respect both to her memory and our family. May I say that I would highly recommend William Farmer Funerals but more importantly request Jessie Cattell to conduct the funeral. He left nothing undone and his kind gentle demeanor made us feel reassured that he cared about what was happening and that it was carried out with much dignity.
