We were recommended to Pet Angel Funerals by our home vet when we had to say goodbye to my beautiful cat of 19 years. Kevin was warm and respectful to both us and Parker, and I felt comforted that she was in such capable and caring hands during this time. She was returned to us by Ty, who was also very respectful and empathetic, and they made an impossible time in my life a little more bearable. The presentation and care they took through the whole process was excellent and I cannot recommend Pet Angel highly enough.
Pet Angels were lovely, kind and caring. We said goodbye to our beautiful dog of 13 years and Alex that came out was very patient and supportive. This was easily one of the hardest days of mine and my partners life, and I was glad Pet Angels made the process just that little bit easier. Thank you.
I only recently lost my dog of 15yrs and as any dog pet owner was I only just short of being mortally wounded by her passing. My girl wanted for nothing in life two great Vets Darren and Anita and all the love and attention she could ask for. But when it came to her passing I booked for her to remains to be collected at 5:45pm but due to the house call being late because my girls veins were hard to access, Pet Angels arrived to collect my one and only at the agreed time wi had to ask him to wait and he was nothing but the professional and left for around 30 min and was gentile and respectful. When i arrived on the Tuesday to formalise her arrangements i immediately lost it and i wanted to see her and was advised it wasn't the normal process becsause she wasnt prepared but i was just crying and crying and needing to see her so she wasnt on her own a single day and she couldnt have my touch. Nicole saw i needed to see her and arranged it so i could see her and it made and meant so much to me ill be forever grateful for the flexibility Pet Angels provided. And they provided me with opportunity to view my girl being placed in the cremator with so much respect and dignity ill never be able to repay the gentleman who conducted the process with empathy. I used pets in peace and they're ok but Pet Angels gave my girl a service that will remain with me until my last breath. Thank you so much guys.
We recently had to say good bye to our almost 16yr old dog, Keesha. It was a very difficult time. Kevin picked her up and he was very compassionate, sympathetic and respectful. All the girls I spoke to on the phone were patient and kind. I lost my Father a few days after Keesha, so when Ty returned Keesh home today, he was met with extra emotion. He was amazing too and genuinely warm and understanding. I Highly recommend the Pet Angel team to anyone facing the difficult decision on who to trust with their precious pets.
Thank you Pet Angel Funerals for being so caring and to your word. Your staff were so thoughtful and professional and made our very sad loss a lot easier. We could not recommend your service any higher. Cost was not a factor but your cost was well within reason. Thank you so much.
Pet Angel Funerals were absolutely fantastic when I had to say goodbye to my beautiful dog. They were sensitive and compassionate and delivered my little friends ashes back to me in a lovely presentation package. Highly, highly recommended.
Have used Pet Angel 3 times now for much loved family members. First time experience was good , second time not so good , third time appalling having staff members laugh and having to go collect my dogs ashes myself . While at Virginia Pet Angel collecting my dog ashes their care factor was zero. Poor form Pet Angel, I won’t be back nor would I recommend your services.
Avoid at all costs. Heartbreaking experience made worse by their lack of care and pride. I was told that our boy would be cremated “the next Monday” which was the 7th. We therefore held a memorial on that day, to mark his cremation, which also would have been his 10th birthday.. The certificate we received says he wasn’t cremated until the 9th.. The lack of care didn’t end there. When we were contacted for payment, we requested for a print of each of his front paws. I was told “you only get 1 as part of the package but could pay extra for both to be done”.. although it seemed gross to charge anyone for such a small request ink on a second paw I didn’t get to do this before he died, so I would have paid any amount required to get it done. I was ordering a custom engraved necklace for myself, and cuff links for my partner for our wedding day - so we desperately needed his left and right paw. What we received was the same paw printed twice.. They never returned our call to discuss when we notified them of their mistake. Then when we spoke with a second person two days later, and were questioned if we “explained our request properly” because there were “no notes” on the file, but payment was taken. The fact YOUR employee took a special request and failed to care enough to take even a basic note for the file is absolutely disgusting and NOT a customers fault. You aren’t calling to take payment for a phone bill… you are arranging for the cremation of a loved family member. Their reaction to immediately blame a customer, instead of acknowledging the significant breakdown in communication on THEIR end, which was to simply write a full sentence is disgusting. We had to ask for an apology and there was no offer or resolution provided. Avoid at all costs if you have anything special to request or want to know the true date your dog is being cremated.
Kind, compassionate and professional from initial contact through to the very end. A sincere thank you for taking care of our little Charlie dog and making an extremely difficult period a little easier to deal with.
My little girl Lilly-Rose passed away on the 4/1/23 and Pet Angel looked after her with care and love and returned her to us a week later it is the second time we have used Pet Angel 20 months ago they looked after our Maddison Jane with the same amount of care . I cannot thank them enough for looking after our girls at the most heartbreaking time .
