I waited for over an hour and a half for my appointment.  When I approached the receptionist to ask how long much longer I would have to wait, she was rude and acted as though it was my fault I had waited so long. I then had to wait a further half hour to be treated.

It's rather unfortunate as the GPs are efficient, attentive and kind. 

I would not come back. Instead, I would recommend the medical centre on Apsley Rd not far away. I had a very pleasant visit there. The receptionists and nurses aren't rude and they do not waste such an unreasonable amount of your time.

Went twice to seek advice for my 5 yo son. Dr Rajat & Dr Wale were kind and patience enough to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions until I satisfied. The clinic has several practice rooms and the waiting room is comfortable.

Appointment booked 30 minutes before scheduled time, ended up with a 60 minute wait. Surely this could have been predicted at the time of booking? .....
