Classic French bakery/patisserie, with a focus on true flavours, wild fermentation and the enjoyment of real food.

Story

Everything we sell has been handmade by Daragh and our bakers, using traditional methods.

Our breads are naturally fermented sourdoughs, which are not "sour" in taste, and are lighter & easier to digest than many other breads - we have many gluten-intolerant customers who have had great success adding our sourdough into their diet.

The 4 Seeds sourdough loaf is one that I keep going back to. You have been the love of my taste buds for well over 5 years now! The almond croissant is also pretty amazing!
This is heaven on earth for french style patisserie. Amazing treats, bread, coffee, quiches, pastries & turkish bread pizzas after 11.

The brioche pastry was a 4/5 but the pork and fennel roll was incredible, 5/5 and the pretzel sandwiches are delicious and unique. Would recommend and will come again
The food is lovely but the service not that friendly. I don’t know what’s wrong with them. But,been here 3 times to get something for my friends. And still same experience not friendly service. Or maybe they just tired. But they could be nice tho to customers.
Always a great spot for pizza by the slice - particularly after a big night!! The bread is delicious and there is always something new to try. A local favourite for me
coffee great. bread epic. hummus best ever. actually everything is great. missing 1 hot vegan item in that pie warmer.
Awesome place. Their sourdough pizza bases are magic. Try the hazelnut croissants if you want your definition of good pastries redefined. The morning buns are also magical, if you are going to share one make sure you get the caramelized bottom half.
Love it! So delicious and reminds me of grandma's best home made pastries. The bread and pastries are baked fresh every day by hand and you can tell the difference compared to other bakeries. I highly recommend the raspberry custard danish!
